What We Offer

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client, from navigating early pregnancy to nurturing parents through the fourth trimester. Explore how we can help you feel calmer and more mindful as you approach parenthood.

  • Continuous labor support grounded in prenatal education and labor support skills. Feel confident with a doula by your side to facilitate your transition to motherhood. Learn more about what a doula does in our “About” page.

  • The postpartum period is such an important phase as you navigate a huge adjustment to parenthood. Postpartum doulas specialize in caring for you physically, emotionally, and spiritually as you navigate this transition. Providing lactation and informational support, helping manage practical household tasks, and supporting your sleep and self-care are critical to your success during postpartum, and we are here to help!

    Not everyone has access to nearby family support after their baby arrives, and postpartum doula support can help you feel like you have a village to hold you during this time.

  • Prenatal and postnatal yoga are excellent evidence-based ways to support your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum wellbeing. Private classes allow an intimate environment to meet your specific needs through every phase of pregnancy. For a long time, mothers were excluded from the benefits of prenatal yoga due to biases and fears of the pregnant body.

    At Mothers’ Mantras, we use traditional breath practices (pranayama) and charged poses (asanas) that are safe in pregnancy to enhance your mind, body, and spirit just as non-pregnant yogis do! Learn how ancient wisdom and teachings can be translated and incorporated into the sacred times of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

  • Join in on the rich, community-centered experience of Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga. Meeting other pregnant folks and new mothers can help ease your fears, establish lasting friendships, and give you a place to feel heard and understood throughout this journey.

  • I will be able to offer Evidence-Based Birth Childbirth Classes starting in July 2026! Stay tuned to learn about these exciting classes!

  • If you are putting off or dreading the unboxing of baby accessories, the first wash of baby clothes, the nursery preparation, or the dreaded car seat installation, you can get doula support for your nesting needs! Nesting support comes in 1-4 hour packages to meet your specific needs, whether that is help with organizing and getting started on small tasks or a full nursery set-up!

    “Nesting Packages” are a great gift or idea to add to your baby registry to help take the weight off you as parents and help you relax in the fact that you are prepared for your baby!

  • Do you have questions about approaching an unmedicated birth or need help creating and editing your birth plan? These “Ask-a-Doula” sessions are designed flexibly to give you support to approach any challenges you meet in pregnancy, birth, or postpartum!

    Ever wish you had a doula friend or doula in the family? Now you do!

    Examples for sessions include: How can I improve my birth plan? How can I navigate an unsupportive provider? What skills can I practice to help me feel more comfortable in birth? I am nervous about my scheduled C-section, how can I be better equipped to navigate the procedure?

  • I also offer private sessions and larger group workshops for birth-planning, advocacy, basic comfort measures, and peer postpartum support groups.
